Summerfest

Join us at Summerfest on Friday, August 18th from 5:30-8:30pm!
Get ready to soak up the summer sun at the Meeks Run Pavilion. Enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors while Hollow Oak staff and volunteers cook up some food, lead hikes, bike rides, kids activities, and other games in Montour Woods!
The day’s activities include:
- Stream Adventures. A fun, hands-on biology lesson for kids the focuses on watersheds, stream health, and macroinvertebrates!
- Take A Hike. A moderate hike through Montour Woods. Perfect for folks who want to stretch their legs, take in sites, and learn more about conservation!
- Get On Your Bike and Ride. Guided mountain bike rides for beginner/intermediate or advanced/intermediate riders! Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
- Yard Games. Looking for something more laidback? Relax and enjoy a game of cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, checkers, and tic tac toe!
Food and soft drinks will be provided, but feel free to BYO favorite beverages! Hikes, mountain bike rides, and other activities start around 5:30pm, with games and vittles afterward.
