Thorn Run

Thorn Run Conservation Area protects and connects greenspace between Coraopolis and Moon Township along the Thorn Run stream valley.

The area features two miles of multi-use trails, with a trailhead located at the end of Thorn Hollow Road in Coraopolis. You can also access the conservation area from designated parking spots at the Park and Ride on 5th Avenue.

Future plans for the conservation area include a new trail that will link Coraopolis to the Thorn Run stream valley. This new section will eventually connect with Robin Hill Park in Moon Township.
