Vinegar Hollow
Vinegar Hollow is a 46-acre stretch of wooded green space in Kilbuck Township that Hollow Oak Land Trust worked for more than five years to protect. Today, it’s open to the public, with over two miles of trails accessible from a trailhead on Center Avenue in Ben Avon.
This space sits right in the middle of several river communities—Kilbuck, Emsworth, Ben Avon, Ohio Township, Ben Avon Heights, Avalon, and Bellevue—making it an important place for both recreation and conservation close to home.
