What happens in nature as we move from summer to fall? Join the Hollow Oak Land Trust Conservation Rangers to learn about fall changes! We will be exploring why leaves change color, what the animals are doing to prepare for the coming cold and much more.  This hike is intended for kids ages 5-10 but everyone is welcome. This program meets at the parking area at 1875 Hassam Road Montour Woods Conservation Area, and will be approximately 1 hour covering easy terrain, please bring water and wear closed toe shoes.
