Winter Animals

FreeJoin the Hollow Oak Land Trust Conservation Rangers to explore what some of the animals that live in our area are doing in the winter. Why do some animals leave when it gets cold and some stay? How do the animals that stay survive the cold? Come and learn the answers to these questions and more! This hike is intended for kids ages 5-10 but everyone is welcome and meets at the parking area at 1875 Hassam Road Montour Woods Conservation Area. The hike will be approximately 1 hour covering easy terrain, please bring water and wear closed toe shoes. If you have any questions please contact aanderson@hollowoak.org.
