Summer Solstice Forest Bathing Walk, 16+ Recommended

June 18 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Join Meditation and Cyclical Living Guide, Meghan Norean, for a summer solstice nature walk to honor the peak of sunlight and the fullness of the season. As plants reach their highest growth and wildlife thrives, we’ll explore the richness of nature’s abundance and the resilience it takes to flourish under the summer sun. Through guided observation, sensory engagement, and shared reflection, we’ll observe how the land is a thriving community—trees supporting one another through deep roots, pollinators and plants in constant relationship, and ecosystems that flourish through connection. This easy walk will cover under 2 miles with pauses to take in the season’s vitality. Intended for ages 16 and up; participants are encouraged to bring a notebook for optional journaling. Please bring water and wear closed toe shoes.
